IRCTC Launches 6-Day Andaman Tour Package From INR 57,230

Great tidings for those who love the beach! The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has come up with an interesting and appealing Andaman tour package. This package is for a duration of 6 days and 5 nights at a price starting INR 57,230 per person. All about the package

The Package called "LTC Special Andaman Emeralds Ex-Visakhapatnam (SCBA50)” will commence from December 5, 2024. A flight will be scheduled in Visakhapatnam Airport.

The package consists of:

1) A round-trip airfare

2) Accommodation

3) Breakfasts and dinners

4) Local transportation

5) Premium ferry tickets from Port Blair

6 Travel insurance, all necessary toll and parking taxes

To ensure that customers do not have any hassle during their tours, IRCTC's tour services also entails active tour guiding of the visitors.

Pricing

Pricing structures within the package are done on occupancies mean basis. The charge for a person in a three share accommodation is INR 57,230 whereas a two share accommodation is INR 58,860 per person. For an individual traveler, this package is charged at a cost of INR 75,115 per person.

Travel Plans

IRCTC has included the well known tourist sites within Andaman.

On the first day, the guests will visit the historic site of Cellular Jail, watch a light and sound show, and spend time on Corbyn’s Cove Beach. On the second day, the guests will also visit Ross Island, North Bay and the Naval Marine Museum in order to experience history and nature at the same time without any problems.

On the third day, they will go on a cruise to Havelock Island, where they will be able to relax on the beautiful Radhanagar Beach. 

The plan for the following day will include visits to the Kala Pathar Beach, the Natural Bridge, and Laxmanpur Beach with the aim of letting the tourists appreciate the beautiful coastal views this island has.

Fifth day of the program is reserved for witnessing a beautiful sunrise at Bharatpur Beach and later returning to Port Blair after a cruise. At the end of the day, dinner and shopping shall be done in the local markets of Port Blair to collect some souvenirs for family and friends or to simply enjoy the calm atmosphere of the town.

On the sixth day, the return flight to Visakhapatnam will take place at 7:25 AM, thus marking an end to the journey.
