To put it simply, the initiative encourages all adventure seekers and nature lovers to visit and experience 40 selected trekking places spread across the state. 1) Various Destinations: Tamil Nadu State treks initiative has footprint in all the 14 regions covering 18 trekking and forest divisions. Few High altitude treks are in the Nilgiris, Kodaikanal, Kanyakumari and other areas famed for their stunning vistas and varied climatic conditions.
