Orfali Bros Bistro Takes The Crown Again!

For the third year in a row, Orfali Bros Bistro in Dubai has claimed the top spot! Not only is it the best restaurant in the region, but it also takes the title of Best Restaurant in the UAE. That’s an impressive achievement!

Right behind it, in second place, is Tresind Studio, a stunning modern Indian restaurant located at The Palm Jumeirah. It has held onto its number two spot from last year, and with good reason. Led by the talented Chef Himanshu Saini, Tresind Studio has wowed food critics and diners alike.

A Culinary Star – Tresind Studio

This restaurant has an incredible journey. It started from a small space behind its sister restaurant, Tresind, and has now become one of the world's most renowned Indian restaurants. In less than a decade, it has gained international fame, thanks to Chef Himanshu Saini and his team's creative take on Indian cuisine.

At Tresind Studio, dining isn’t just about eating—it’s an experience. The menu takes guests on a flavorful journey through India's rich cultural and culinary heritage with 17 carefully crafted dishes. Each dish tells a story, making every bite special.

Adding to its list of achievements, Tresind Studio has earned two Michelin stars—a rare honor for an Indian restaurant! It was also ranked 13th in the world last year and was crowned the Best Restaurant in the Middle East for 2024.

How The Top 50 Restaurants Were Chosen

Selecting the 50 best isn’t an easy task. The list was created by 250 industry experts from 19 different countries. These food specialists include chefs, food critics, writers, and restaurateurs, all of whom know great food when they taste it.

The voting panel is split into six regions, covering areas like the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Levant, Israel, and North Africa. Each region has its own chairperson and a team of experts, ensuring that the best restaurants truly deserve their spot on this prestigious list.
