Amidst reports, the residents of the village had been living under the fear that their lives were endangered by a crocodile attack for the last couple of weeks after its sighting by the villagers a few days back. They lost their sanity and contacted the forest department to catch the animal and remove the fright in waking lives in their hearts.

This happened over Hamirpur where a video is already circulating over social media of the man balancing a hefty crocodile across his spine. The crocodile is purposely heavy, and the forest department usually transports the animal by vehicle, but this man put it on his back and took it straight out from the fields. While a few excited gazers shot their own video and went rouge on spreading it over social media.

After much effort, the reptile was captured by the officials from the forest department during rescue operations. Before hefting the crocodile onto his shoulders, the officials put a stop to its rampage by tying its mouth and limbs with a cloth and a rope. The man carried the crocodile on his shoulders boldly and took it out of the fields. It was rescued, reportedly, later returning the crocodile to its place.

His brave act was commended by netizens whom he is likely to impress girls. "Now all the girls in the village will be crazy about him," one of the users added.

Heavy downpours and floods are some of the reasons why these reptiles are common in residential areas, especially during the rainy season. After torrential rain and the flooding in the region, most of these reptiles were spotted inside Vadodara's residential area. It is reported that over 24 crocodiles were captured near this area in just three days.

Many of these indoor videos were filled with crocodiles resting on the roofs, while some could also be spotted in the balcony and beside the entrance of the houses. One such crocodile, which was also amid the floodwaters, had been spotted carrying a dog in its jaws.
